Todd is JNF's youngest regional co-president from 2009-2012. Through his donations and hard work with JNF there is a grove of trees planted in honor of his late father Jerry Starr, along with a water fountain at some baseball fields in his honor. We are as proud of Todd and all of his achievements. Way to go Todd!
