- 2019 was only the 2nd time in the history of the games Atlanta was a host city
- Atlanta hosted 34 cities, 3 international cities and about 1800 total youth athletes, 572 from Atlanta and 1200 from other cities
- 14 different sports were featured
- More athletes competed in Detroit this year the first week of August
- Altair and ASAPdid the torch, the backdrop with AJR (pop group who did closing concert), and all signs and banners
- Altair Owner, Todd Starr, was lead delegation head and Altair was a proud sponsor
